Default

Roughly 425 front and 575 rear
These are for the black springs that come with the 1st gen coil-overs.
I say roughly because those springs vary in rate from spring to spring, if you are thinking about going with different spring rates make sure you go with Hyperco springs, they are within 3% - I've tested several and they have never been outside that range even after 4 years of use.

Is it possible to change the springs on those pfadt 1st generation coilovers? I think I need a stiffer spring rate. If I can keep the coilovers and just change the springs for a stiffer spring rate, that would be great.... Thoughts?

Default springs

You can change springs.

Hyperco and Eibach seemed to be very consistent in rates.

Rate depends on usage (street - street/track - track). Sway bar size and bushings also impact desired spring rate, in that order..

2.25 in x height x rate.

On Pfadt original coil overs I ran 700lb front/600lb rear -this was on a race car with Pfadt Comp or Heavy sway bars. I would soften slightly for combination street/track.
