04 ZO6 for autocross with long tube headers and hi flow air intake does that put me in street prepared class? What other mods would be adviced for the car to be competitive?

rims, tires lots of suspension work.

315 hoosier a6 all around, stiffer sway bars, and an alignment is probably step one and would get you pretty close.
