Default Corbeau Forza seat fix

I've had a pair of Forza seats in my '87 for a little over 6 years and it looks like the foam in the driver's seat has compressed to where the springs are against the fabric (pic #2).

I was going to just swap the seats side-to-side, but the seatback fabric has pulled away from the plastic trim for the shoulder harness (pic #1).

So would it be worth it to fix both problems or are replacement seats the best answer? The car is mostly for autocross although it does see some street use and 3-4 track days per year. It's to the point where the springs on the driver's side seatback is digging into my back and getting pretty uncomfortable.

When I bought the seats in '08, they were close to $500 for the pair.

Ideas? Suggestions?

For the seat with the spring problem, use a towel or inflatable back support from Healthy Back or equivalent store. Will be much cheaper than a new seat.
