Whoever heard of a 75mph slalom? Most of the slaloms I've paced out before go between 25 and 33 steps. This one was 37 paces. That's a huge distance between cones. I was afraid to turn the wheel. There was a couple of other spots that were real quick too. I made sure my belts were tight. 2nd. overall out of 110 cars.

Good job, even with a brace on your thumb!
Maybe it helped you be even smoother on inputs than usual.

The new RS3's gave me tons of understeering howling all day, but I think I am just abrupt in my inputs. So my next goal will be to slow down and be smoother to make it howl less, instead of asking myself why do I have no front end grip?
This was the least of the howling and of course quicker than all my other massively howling runs...

Thanks. Your run looked great. I pretty sure your inputs are fine. Street tires are just noisy and slow. You and Randy should try Hoosiers just one time. Then see what you like more. I have a Hotchkis rear sway bar you can try if you want. That should help your understeer problem.
