I use Wilwood 600 Plus and like it. However, I can't say it would solve your brake fluid boiling issue. The 600 Plus has a very high dry boiling point as several other brands also have. However, it is possible to exceed their very high boiling points. If you are running pads that have operating temperatures in the 1400 degree range it is possible to couple that heat into the caliper boil brand new 600 degree fluid. You need to make sure you have sufficient cooling to the brakes and maybe use phenolic or Ti shims to slow heat transfer from the pads to the caliper pistons and the fluid.
