Default My wiggle test

I posted this in the regular C6Z section, but figured I would post here as well. The car is an 08 and has about 30xxx miles on it, with about six DE's. I got the car with 22000 on it two years ago.

So is that a pass or fail? What is the spec?

believe that is a fail.

I think the spec is somewhere around

Stem-to-Guide Clearance – Production – Intake is 0.0010"–0.0024".

Stem-to-Guide Clearance – Production – Exhaust is 0.0010"–0.0026".

That is also the spot on the valve with the least amount of wear. The measurement should be taken in the spot where it has the most amount of stem wear. Which is normally in the middle of it's travel.

Ah ha.

So tell me what number you want and I'll move the stem and give it to you.
