Default PCA Autocross Race. 10/19/2014. Bonus Video Saturday.

Saturday I went to an Autocross for a test and tune on one of the fastest Corvette's I've driven. To bad it was on such a small lot. It was putting down 540rwhp. I liked just sitting in it. It also had street tires on it. Pretty impressive I could actually give it full throttle.

PCA had another great event at El Toro. After driving that monster Saturday, my car felt a little slow. No worries, just keep up your momentum and drive it like it has 100 hp. 1st. overall out of 110 cars.

Holy smokes, you smoked that PCA course!
I thought it was one of the most fun course ever and I was going 10 secs slower, lol.
I'm actually a bit nauseated after watching your smooth wave-like transitional momentum, like when I get seasick on a boat...
You were def the fastest through the 2nd slalom/section 8 I was working. Well done...

Great run! That was certainly a well run autocross and fun coarse. I hope to be more prepared for next time but I still had a lot of fun. I am almost certain that my diff. is dead. Thanks for the coaching, Steve.

What sort of Vette was that high HP one? Built up motor? Zr1? The hood did not look like zr1.

Thanks. Section 8 was a tough spot to get through fast. Took a lot of work.

Your welcome. What makes you think the diff. is going out?

It was making a bit of noise on the way home. I will jack it up and take a look at it this weekend to know for sure. It has 100xxx on it and plenty of track and autocross days on it. I should have let you do a run in it to get your take on the setup. Next time...
