Looks like a Mclaren from the side. Very hard to see any resemblance to a Vette !

Compared to the homely DPs of just 4-5 years ago, these are very nice looking. The fields should be much more competitive along with the Honda ARX-04s, Ligiers, Rileys, and (hopefully improved) Nissans.

The fender lines, rear window, gill slits, headlights, & tail lights are all very Corvette
