Default Front suspension refresh

I'm planning on upgrading my front suspension for track duty. Last car was a full on custom and I used LG drop spindles with the pin ball joint and Pfadt / Howe lower ball joints. Current car is a c5 z06 and I was thinking I'd get new forged C6 upright spindles (for less flex), but what ball joints would you suggest?

I'm probably going to get some delrin bushings and skf hubs, you know, while I'm there...

Open to your ideas and suggestions

Nobody does this I guess?

I ordered the uprights from Gene @ Cultrag, DRM rack bushing and a camber kit from Van Steel. Bushings are next when cash allows. Still not sure what lower BJ.

We are using Moog Ball Joints. Seems to be the only ones we can find.

Back from the dead, phase one is just about complete. I went a little further than I had planned.

I replaced the uprights, added the SKF hubs, new Moog lower ball joints all around, a camber kit, Delrin bushings and an aluminum rack bushing. I also picked up a Pfadt four point ‘chassis stiffener’, poly motor and trans mounts. First drive, the car translates a bit more NVH through the seat and steering wheel, but is MUCH stiffer and steering is more precise. The car needs an alignment badly, but I’m putting that off until I get the wider front wheels, brakes and swapping seats later this week.

I have a few dates planned for AutoX and local track time late July and August. The car had pretty good balance before and I'm sure lots of tuning and learning needs to happen.

This might read like a vendor ad, but many thanks to Van Steel, HPE, Hinson, DRM, Cultrag and American Heritage. I bet those guys are sick of my questions but all were instrumental.

Pics coming as soon as I get the wheel / tires / alignment done.

You are the man Kohle. Hoping to track it this weekend or next and will get back to you. Car drives pretty much as you described it when I picked it up. Street / 405 freeway compliance is gone and I'm good with that

How do you like the Delrin bushings compared with the stock rubber? Any noise or harshness?

Also, did you install the bushings yourself?

I've heard nothing but good about the delrin bushings on here.

I like them. I had Kohle at American Heritage install them. No noise, but a little vibration comes through the steering wheel and fixed back seats (less butt padding) as they're not as compliant as rubber. The car feels more 'point and shoot' although I really didn't have any complaints before. It's just less of a cushy street car as intended from the factory.

I attempted to stiffen up the car with the four point bar and poly motor and trans mounts. All of the changes makes the car feel like I doubled the spring rate on my first drive. By that I mean I did not soften up the shocks (my normal AutoX settings) and on the highway the front and rear were fighting each other similar to a heavy spring rate. I hope that makes sense.
