Default C5 Rotors

I was scouring the internet for some rotors to crack up this coming season on my C5 and found Raybestos rotors on Amazon for some really great prices.

The Raybestos part numbers are:

LF 56700
RF 56701
LR 56702
RR 56703
Just type Raybestos and the part number in the search engine and you will get an Amazon hit.

There were some less expensive rotors. If they have an "R" at the end of the part number, they are "service grade" (maybe cheaper?). Raybestos is a good name in the Brake industry, so I tend to trust them.

One of the fronts was $11 each (and change) free shipping over $35.
The other front was like $46, and the rears were on the order of $37. the site showed 10 left of the $11 rotors.

I got 2 LF's 2 RF's, 1 LR and 1RR and with Prime the bill came to $206 and 2day free shipping.

I'm already hooked on Raybestos ST-47's so this is a deal.

Gone. I don't see any close to $11.

Yea, we'll see where this goes. The two rotors for $11.51 each have not shipped, but I do have an invoice for the transaction so we will see what happens. When I click on the exact link, they now show $55.10 each. My card was accepted and charged, so I think I'm owed some merchandise.

I have seen those essentially free rotors on Amazon and not ordered. Thought about it though. Interested in what happens.

I have a set of ST-43's which I can no longer use as I have gone to C6 Z06 calipers. PM me if interested. Also have some rotors and rear calipers that I am selling. IMO Raybesto is the best for bette brake products. They are relatively inexpensive and work well.

I did buy some of those essentially free rotors for the back of my car last season i think they shipped for like $8 each or something. They both blew a chunk out between the hat and the face radially like 1/8" wide 1/8" deep by over 1/2" long. Very odd failure. I had a spare so i ran them for a 3 day weekend and swapped them out. Sorta sketchy and wont buy them again, but they didn't kill me!
