Default Tire pressure question

I have started running NT-01's recently and am curious what pressures everyone who runs them are on. I have started out both races at 30 front/28 rear and as my runs progress, I cannot gain anytime. My temps for this past weekend were within 4 degrees across the fronts with the centers being cooler and the rears were within 1 degree across. for the fronts, the RF only inflated about .5lbs over two runs, but the LF was up 3lbs. I added 2lbs to the RF to try and help the temps, but I lost .25 seconds that run. The next run I went back to starting pressures in both fronts (rears didn't move) and lost another .3 seconds. Both of my races I ran my fastest time on my first run, then lost time each subsequent race. Is this a common thing on the tires or is it something more personally I need to work on?
