Default Critical Gauges for track days

What parameters do you watch while out on the track? I ask this because I am lucky enough to have a new C7 with the ability to dial in whatever gauges I want in the display. The C7 has speedometer fuel and water temp always displayed. I add on the track display oil temp, oil pressure, trans temp (I have an A8), and voltage. I tend to watch the temps the most. What do you pay attention to and why?

oil temp, it's a better indicator of what's happening with the engine
