Default One Lap 2015

Hi all,

I'm running in One Lap currently. We are 3 days in and I'm in 5th overall. Trying to carry the torch for the corvette guys out there. I'm driving a 2003 Z06 and running against 1000 hp GTR's. If you want to follow along you can look us up in Facebook. Just search for Shaky Dog Racing.

The Viper XXX of Steve Loudin and Tom Drewer had a serious mechanical on the way to MAM. Reg blew a dry sump pump seal at MAM. Todd Treffert's axle keeps popping out of the GT3RTT and it burped up oil all over the headers and caught on fire yesterday. Knoezer's GTR is suffering brake problems. Black chunks keep coming out of the lines while bleeding and the fluid looks like it came out of a foaming soap dispenser. He is flying in a mechanic with a whole new brake setup for today.

Good luck guys! I'm rooting for you and the team right in front of you, the RS motors guys in the evo are good people and I've run with/against them in the USCA events.

I enjoyed spectating, and enjoyed meeting you at MSR yesterday. Hope you do well, and also hope that you had no damage from the tornados in OK City.

Thanks Matt, on my second run I got a really good start and run through turn 1 and then proceeded to screw it up and lose about 4 seconds overlooking it into 2. In the morning I came in 4th behind the 3 GTR's. Those things have sooooo much grip and can put the power down coming out of the corners.

Well, we ended up 5th overall behind 2 GTR's, an Evo and an Ariel Atom driven by Charles Espenlaub. We are pretty pleased with the result. Unfortunately we lost 2 vettes in this years OLOA. One in an incident at NCM when they hit the wall and one in Norman, OK during the tornado/flood. There is another thread on the flooded car in this section.

Thanks to the guys who came out to the tracks to cheer us on.

Congrats... Had no idea what OLOA even was 10 mins ago. I imagine you're ready for a vacation.
