Default Miller Motorsports Park Closing

It appears that Miller Motorsports Park will be closing at the end of the 2015 season. According to the track's website, they've chosen not to renew their lease on the property, so I suppose it's possible someone else could pick up the lease?

I hate to see any track disappear!

A business can not continue to lose millions of dollars a year and still operate. If the assets are sold, a new owner possibly could get a great deal - pennies on the dollar - and make a go of it.
