Tru-Cool M7B Stack plate cooler for oil cooler?
I already have this cooler, it's new from another project.
Has 1/2 pipe inlets (#10) and has a 20,500 BTU Capacity. It's also known as a "Long stacked plate cooler". Dimensions are 8x11 and it has 36 plates.
Is it sufficient to use on a C5 HPDE/Street car that only runs in the winter months?
Also, should it be mounted in front or behind the radiator?
Here is a pic

JEGs has a cooler
Earl's #41900 that is identicle (same size, number of plates, etc) to the one used in the TPIS engine cooler kit. It does 32,000 btu and uses AN -10 fittings which you have to buy separately.
Works well on my track car.
