The Weekend Recap:

Friday at Putnam Park was the Road course and Chris Smith was able to lay down the vintage class's fastest lap time while running the 48 Hour Corvette in the Advanced run group. The 48 Hour Camaro, driven by Todd Green and Jim McKamey finished 1st and 2nd with the two fastest lap times in the Intermediate run group. 3rd place in the same run group was Jeremiah Stotler, in his RideTech equipped 2015 Mustang.

On Saturday at the Terre Haute airport was the Autocross. The top 10 times across the entire field were brought in for a Shootout. Jeremiah Stotler, Chris Smith, and Jim McKamey were included in the first round with Chris and Jeremiah moving on to the top 5.

Each competitor would get three runs and the lowest compiled total time would determine the winner. Billy Utley came home with the Shootout win with Jeremiah finishing 2nd place and Smitty and the 48 Hour Corvette in 4th.

While at the Midwest Musclecar Challenge last weekend a grinning Nick Corea approached the RideTech crew to let us know his opinion on his recent shock purchase.

In Nick's own words, "I chose RideTech shocks because they are made from high-quality materials, exhibit excellent craftsmanship, and are priced competitively. Oh, and I did I mention THEY WORK! I saw a signigicant reduction in lap times, and enjoyed a much more predictable car. Add in outstanding customer service and a Made-In-The-USA product, and you have a winner."

Nick drives a 2006 Corvette Z06 now equipped with Ridetech HQ Shocks
