Scary track group... or did a bunch of squirrels just show up when no one was looking? HUGE mix of speeds between cars, and open passing in the (I assume...) novice group? I kept waiting for the bad things to happen, but apparently the new Z is like an ironman suit.

Who was running this event? The Grand Theft Auto Academy?
Also, were they wearing kid's plastic scooter helmets?
I am a fan of the "I shifted by accident" statement at the end.
I'd like to take this moment to thank every instructor who ever got in the car with me and for actually providing useful direction.

Unbeliveable. what kind of event is this?
"here hold my glasses" who does that?
"yelling eat my D*** you little bi*** woohoo MF'er" as you pass a car" ??? really
Honking your horn as you close in on someone?
I have no clue what the instructor was even doing… hand signals for himself?? the driver never looked at them. not once did he give him verbal instruction like, hey you've missed 9 out of 10 apexes
I thought I heard it but then thought no way he's listening to music until at about 9:45… yep he is

Proof positive that the C7Z is getting too smart in the electronics department because that guy should be a Darwin Award recipient driving like that. Love how he's always going to 100% throttle befor even apexing corners and the car is saving him time and time again and he does not even realize it! If everything was turned off he would have went from hero to zero really fast.
With all of the nanies on cars nowadays newer drivers are loosing basic respect for the cars they drive and the electronics are masking way too many basic driving errors.

Ron, why are you hating on the C7Z
The commentary on this over in the C7Z section is pretty hysterical.
I suspect that it's mostly PTM and the fact that he's running A7's on a C7Z that is allowing him to drive like a clown and get away with it.

Wow that was painful to watch. It's a testament to the effectiveness of the nannies on the new Z06 - his throttle application is 'hammer-time'. Would be fun to watch him drive (for about 6 seconds) in the wet. Who runs these type of events?? I knew the new Z06 was going to attract some yabo's....
I think the instructor is trying to say "take me home. that way. that way"
