Default NEW!!! Never Worry About Damaging Your Corvette Again By Jacking or Lifting the Car

Now available from Hinson Motorsports is the NEW C5, C6, & C7 URETHANE Lift/Jack Pad. These pads are designed to utilize the slots in the rocker panel to keep you from damaging your Corvette when jacking or lifting the car. They are made from a solid urethane, so you never have to worry about your jack or lift scratching and damaging your car. They also create additional height at the jacking point for cars with side skirts, where additional clearance is needed. These pads simply slide into the rocker rail slot (already on the car from the factory) and twist to lock into place. You can then easily align your jack or lift arm/post. There are no tools or modifications needed to use these, and when your done, just remove the pads by hand to be used the next time you work on your car.

These are a must have for every Corvette owner. No matter if your doing the work, a dealership, or a local mechanic, protect your car from potential damage.

You go in to the dealership for a recall or maintenance........ Drop the car off with these pads locked in and let the service writer know. Pick it up and no new surprise scratches and a mechanic that will probably thank you. Happy mechanics mean better overall service experience for you and your car.

Working on the car at home...... Lock in the pads, stick the jack or lift under the car and without worrying about scratches.

How about the local tire shop because you burned another set of rear tires off......... No problem, lock the pads in and swap the tires out. Pick it up and no new surprise scratches.

I would also think these would also be less likely to cause damage than the aluminum jacking pucks (damage to vehicles behind you, etc. ) if you accidentally drove off with them installed and they fell out. Never done that myself, but I've heard of it.

Yea if you left an aluminum one in and drove off they would surely beat something up pretty bad. Ours are urethane, so if you left them in they would just make a "thud" sound and that would be it. No damage from mistakes............... Good point sir.

I'd be interested in a set that are half as tall/thick for lower vehicles and/or taller jacks.

As much as we would like to have your business, we cannot make custom heights with these.

I understand. I was suggesting a new product to sell alongside the current pads, I bet you'd sell more of the lower profile ones!

These are already so low that they barely allow the rocker panel to clear a 4 post rack. Any lower and it would be like nothing was there.

There is a possibility that they do, but we cannot confirm whether they do or not. We have not had the opportunity to try them on that car.
