Curious if anyone runs this track a lot. I've run it a few times as it is close to me, most recently yesterday with GPS. Great group to run with. Lots of cars but only 2 other vettes, a C7 and C5, both looked stock.

Curious what gear (s) you use on the slowest part of the track, turns 3D, 4 and 5. I've tried using 3rd and then shifting into 4th pre turn 5 and also leaving 3rd all the way to turn 6. Hard to do the latter as it requires more throttle control to not over power/rev. at least for me anyway. Thanks

I run there a few times a year. If memory serves me right I use 4th gear coming into T7 and the front straight. Here is an old video from a DE session so certainly not all out looking for best time. I believe my best time there is a 1:11.xx

thanks for the video. I only hit 4th have never needed 5th.

watching your video makes me want to turn in earlier on turn 1

I run a mostly stock c5 z06 stays in 3rd everywhere except straights. Sometimes down to second with slow traffic. Never into 5th. Usually low1.2xx times.

i am in 4th over start/finish, 3rd from 1 to right after 5 where i hit 4th. 3rd for 6 4th for 6a, 3rd for 7. 3rd goes to just over 100mph i shift to 4th at about 100. I don't think I have hit 130 on the speedo at bhf but 12X every clear lap into 1.

i have a stockish c5z as well. i am on street tires, rivals.

That pretty much describes my normal lap there as well, also on street tires, Michelins.
