Looks like my local parts store (Advance) decided not to carry Wagner brake rotors anymore. That means my el'cheapo rotors w/lifetime warranty are no longer warrantied.

I'm going try the C6 OEM Delco's (177-1011) on the front of my C5.

Are there any improved rotors that will fit the C5 rears as well (car is Z51, MN6).

Switch to DBA two-piece rotors and you will no longer break them.
