Default Ride Hight

I got a 2008 Z51 mechanically Stock apart from a Loma GT2 body kit and wide wheels.

I would like to check the car is at the correct ride hight on all corners as i adjust the stock bolts.

should I trust the adjustable bolt length or should i measure with blocks on the frame where the whishbone connects vs ground?

whats an adequate rake Front/rear?

Thank you
