Retirement Sale 2012/2013 ST1 Z06's
Sorry I cant figure out how to post pictures but if interested send me a PM and I can send photos.
Cars were bought new to be turned into race cars. Most of their track time has been as ST/TT 2 cars both were turned into ST1 cars this year after the stock motors let go last year.
Both cars are essentially identical except the following:
2012 is Yellow has 5394 total miles and 4200 track miles.
Clutch is steel
Motor has 491 minutes (8hours)
Wheel Bearings 158 minutes
Best Dyno pull with open tune 562rwhp we recently changed the cam to more closely match the Red car. Previous cam had a best of 546 with typical pulls 528-535.
Best VIR 1.586 90+ degree heat with small cam I haven't raced or TTed this car with new cam open tune but expect it to be at least 1 second faster.
LS3 Sleeved Block
Car is titled and I have the title
2013 is Red has 4147 total miles 3300 track miles.
Clutch is carbon
Motor has 494 minutes(8 hours) 252 minutes on top end and bottom end bearings etc.
Wheel Bearing 38 minutes
Best Dyno pull with open tune 585rwhp typical pulls 550-565(during east coast championships it pulled 560rwhp at the track.
Car was the ECC ST1 winning car.
Best VIR 1.571 85+ degree heat.
LS7 block
Car has never been titled and I have the MSO
Both Cars are track ready and come with a set of black CCW's. Comp weight with no fuel and 240# driver 3260#
Both Cars have been serviced after almost every event by All Aspects in Cheaspeake Va.
Neither car has been optimized for weight as all original glass, dash, wiring etc remain in the cars(power windows still work)
LG Carbon Spliter, Hoods, Wings
LG Full drop spindle monoball suspension
Golen Racing Engine 427 motors Calles Crank, etc etc.
Titanium Valves both intake and exhaust
LG long tube headers
MSD Intake
ARE internal oiling system with tank and pan.
Upgraded radiators
LG lightweight exhaust
Piper Motorsports full cages
Fire Suppression Systems
Cool Suit systems
Radio Box Mount
Antenna's
Split oil coolers with individual cooling ducts
AP front brakes Stock Z06 rear
Oil pressure and Water temp Lights
Other than Wing adjustments I've done no suspension adjustments etc so each car has a lot of time left in them.
My expectation with Chad Golen is to build the motors with the plan that we should rebuild at 20 hours so these motors should still have a lot of time left on them. Also the motors can be tuned down to as low as about 450rwhp although 485-500 is the best range in order to maintain most of their torque.
Im surely forgetting some of the upgrades.
Red Car $47500
Yellow Car $43500
I will sell both cars and approx. $20,000 worth of spares. 2 extra sets of CCW's, 1.5 sets of new tires, radios, rain tires with c5 Speedline wheels, New Spare carbon LG Splitter, Stacks of pads and rotors etc etc. for $90,000.
I'm not looking to sell any spares until at least one of the cars are sold.
Thanks

Joe,
You win a championship and retire?!?!?!
Glad I had the chance to race in close proximity to you one more time. Take care and good luck with the sales.

Anthony yes these cars except the yellow one has the full aero treatment as well now............and as I stated they're ST1's now.
Kevin I enjoyed running with you as well been thinking about it for a while but I've decided its time.
Yes I think this is a steal for someone.

While I haven't seen the cars in person I do know the shops and have dealt with Joe for a long time now. These are both very well looked after cars!

I have seen the yellow car and Joe's prior C5, at Summit. These are amazing machines. I am a CornerCraver,( a group of track rats that Joe is a part of). We met briefly a while back. If I weren't an elementary school teacher I would be towing one home! I look forward to being passed by these on track. David
