Default TA2 wing on howe chassis

I've got a new to me 03 howe stock car with a front splitter and blade spoiler. Car was Exteremely light in the rear end down long straights. I picked up a Derhaag TA2 wing. Looking for any advice on location for mounting wing brackets to the frame as well as a baseline starter for the angle of attack on the wing. Wing also came with 3 different wickerbills in 1/8" increments
