Default New to Me Dual Purpose C5

I have been lurking for a few months while looking for a good dual purpose C5. Finally found one this weekend. I am very familiar with the LS motor having transplanted one into a 944 turbo track dedicated car.

I am also familiar with the C5 & C6 from running with them on the track and instructing.

I am not familiar with the various suspension set-ups at this point.

Here is the list of what the PO installed:

VBP Composite Sport Front Spring
C5Z06 Rear Spring
C6ZR1 front swaybar – 33mm
C6Z51 rear swaybar – 25.4mm
C6Z06 swaybar endlinks
C6Z06 Shocks front and rear
Factory 18"/19" C6 wheels

Driving the car around Northern Va's neighborhood bumpy roads left me with the impression that the rear is sprung too tight as it hopped a bit when hitting a bumpy turn. Obviously no changes will be made until it gets a few track sessions under the belt.

One thing, the front of the car looks very low to me as compared to other C5s. The rake seems to be off.

Any thoughts on this combination would be appreciated.

Looking forward to learning and contributing.

Marc
