New Motorsports Vendor, GSpeed
Hi All,
Some of the forum members know us, most do not, Allow us to introduce ourselves.
GSpeed was created 3 years ago, after Louis Gigliotti, son of current vendor and well known racer Lou Gigliotti. Family business can be tough, and it was best the two put family first and not work together.
After a two years of working behind the scenes, an opportunity arose to acquire Performance Speedtech, based at Motorsports Ranch in south Ft Worth, Texas. You may remember the black Gen2 Unlimited viper they campaigned in NARRA, and the Blue/Yellow GT3 Viper campaigned in World Challenge they maintained as well.
During the 2014 and 2015 season On the GSpeed side, Louis was responsible for the setup and aero on Marc Sherrins Championship winning NASA Texas TT1 C6Z, Mike Weathers Championship winning NASA Tx ST1 C6Z, and even a little stint at COTA, with a pair of Ford Fiesta Spec B cars.
As 2015 moved forward, so did negotiations for the Acquisition of PST, by GSpeed. Late August Finally saw the first day of the new company. It was time to get to work.
We are a brick and Mortar company, employing 12 people. Several Technicians, accountant, several fabricators, design engineer and tire guys. All bang up, all top notch. We have an A Team, with more people slated to come on board. Being Located at Motorsports Ranch, we have an advantage many shops do not have. We can test customers cars, maintain them, validate ideas and shake down new builds, while never having to load up a trailer!
Inside our showroom, we have the most comprehensive stock of motorsports gear in north texas, thats suited towards Road racers. We have at least 8-12 seats, a dozen + suits and helmets, all your necessary Coolsuit equipment ( As well as a test suit, you can try in the showroom!)
We also stock and service any AFFF SpA fire system usually with in one hour. We stock a significant amount of Motul, in ever shape and size. We are not a shop that works on corvettes only, we work on ALL track vehicles, with a keen eye for Vettes
Once you get past the showroom, youll see that we are capable of every aspect of engineering, designing, fabricating, building, developing and maintaining any race car.
Our tools include :
Enough with the chatter, here are some more cool pics.
So there you have it folks, Were bringing the shop into the digital age we have not had an online presence and we aim to change that. In the near future, we will be cataloging a few builds we are working on and offer any advice/.02$ we can to those who have questions as well as peddling products we carry. We see EVERY form of track car, and let me tell ya, theres a lot of them
See you at the races,
GSpeed team

These guys are extremely knowledgable race and track car guys.
I have always loved the idea of having work done on your race car and putting it through the paces on track before you load it in the trailer!
One of those cars looks especially good.

Just a quick stop-in to give a huge thank you to Louis and his crew at G-Speed. I run a camaro in NASA TTU/SU and could not have the championships I have (double in 14, single in 15 with limited schedule) without the knowledge, skills and assistance.
G-Speed cars 1&2 on race grid:
Some fun vid (massive field, serious time differential, start lapping cars at the end of lap 3): https://vimeo.com/126335877
Stats for 2015 (thanks to G-SPEED!!): 14 Events. 14 Wins. 5 Track Records.

Great guys to work with. My HSDE Z06 is treated no different than a full race unit. I have never rolled out of this shop after writing a check and feeling like I got a "second best" effort!!
Unlike some who have already posted great reviews on GSpeed. I DONT live in Texas, I haul from Broken Arrow Ok to have race services done!

I've used this shop on more than one occasion while doing HPDE at Cresson. They were able to resolve any issues I've had and keep me on track.
Really friendly guys. They'll explain exactly what happened or what you need and will walk you in to the shop to show you any car issues and what was done.
I'd gladly use their services again without hesitation!

I stopped in at the shop a few weeks ago to pick up some AeroCatch latches for the hood. Very friendly staff, very knowledgeable! They've got my business!
Also, they have a few models of seats to sit in and try out, which is a big plus for me as a near-future seat shopper.
