they are a must have tool. they work great and save much frustration and bloody finger tips

Used them for a while, they help with the learning curve. After a while you won't need them.

Probably would have been easier to do my oil cooler lines if I would have had this. Taped and cut mine with cutoff wheel and did OK, but there was some blood spilled.

I don't see the need. Good, sharp cutters and the aluminum vise inserts are a must, other than that AN lines are easy-peasy.

I am with the "tape the line before cutting" crowd.

I have seen them but not used them.
Should make things a lot easier.

Always used duct tape and a hacksaw to cut, and never had a problem doing assemblies. Just slow and careful.

If I planned on doing a lot, I'd probably get these to make it a lot easier.
