Paint and body protection for track days
Looking for ideas other than clear bra for protecting the pint and body of my z06 when on track. I'm thinking clear bra on the front with tape on headlights and then clear bra the quarter panels that get hammered usually.
I've seen some of the stretch fabric bras but have heard of some issues with heat building up because of them and not to sure about their durability, plus I'm not a fan of the looks. Anyone have any pictures of their setup and what they use on track?

Xpel... Close thread.
I have my entire front end done. Head lights, bumper, 1/4 hood, mirrors, and rear scoops by rear wheels.
It's so good that I'm planning to have my rockers up to mid door done.
100 percent protection and those track rubber marks wipe right off. On the paint I have to use mothers r3 to get the black marks off.
It also saved my bumper paint from a tire tread on the highway. Hard enough impact to knock my fog light out. Paint was fine.

As a temporary solution, Xpel trac wrap apparently gets good reviews as well. I plan to use both on my new car because some of those tire marbles can do some real damage to a nice painted surface.
