Now that Pfadt and Hardbar aren't around; does anyone make camber plates?

Pfadt is actually a product line for afe now. They have most of their corvette products available currently, including the camber kit. I have a friend that bought one new 2 months ago.

Chunk of aluminum, a step bit and some of your time. Thats what I did. I did have to find longer / stronger bolts though, the Pfadt ones are 8.8 and I went with a grade-8(much stronger than 8.8) 9/16" x 5.5" iir
