Default Need help with fuel system to support 730hp in a C5

Getting a new 730HP road race motor for my C5. Is there anyway I can add an inline fuel pump to get enough fuel to support 730hp? Im trying to avoid the hassle of replacing the in tank unit with a new one.

There is a good spot near the fuel filter to mount a pump.

I would run a hotwire kit and contact Aeromotive.

You will have to do more than an inline pump to keep the car from starving for fuel.

With the fuel demands of that much HP, on track you are going to drain the DS tank before the passenger side has time to keep up with demand to keep the level balanced between the sides. The car is going to need a surge tank and a number of pumps to feed it.

What year of C5 is it? Does it have the top load tanks or bottom load?

You can ask them but I don't think that is going to be enough pump to support it. If it is, it would be ok on the street but you will run into issues on track with it.

I used LPE Walbro 255, Racetronix hotwire kit and KB Boost-A-Pump to support 709/640 at the wheels on street driven centrifugal supercharged LS1. This was not a road race car, just a weekend driver so my application did not have continuous demand for high fuel flow.
