Interested in the Wilwood rings. lbk and I live close to each other and could combine shipping to make it easy.

Are they hat+ring and new or used?

Thanks.

Regarding the front Wilwood rings... I have the 2-piece Wilwood front rotors that are the stock C5Z size and also work with the LG / Wilwood front caliper kit above. I have the 2 front hats and a new set of rotor rings to put on them, so essentially a set of 2-piece front rotors with used hats and new rings. I updated the list above to reflect a package deal of $400 for the front rotors that would include the hats and rings. However, if you are interested in rings only I'd still entertain that offer as well.

For those guys who are tracking hard and eating up brakes... I know most just upgrade the fronts on C5s and leave the backs. I also understand that I am biased because I am selling, but one of the best mods that I did was the rear Wilwood kit (behind seats, tires, front brake kit, camber kit and cooling). The consistency of braking and longevity of brakes was massively improved. I put a year on these rear brakes with almost un-noticeable wear on rear rotors and pads and was going through pads about every 3-events and rotors every 6 before that. The threshold before hitting ABS was also very noticeably extended. This helped me drop lap times by ~.7 sec when I had plateaued. That may not sound like much, but going from 200 TW to R-comp got me ~1 sec, harnesses and race seats got me ~1 sec, and camber kit with T-1 sways also got me ~1 sec. So this is on par with some of the best mods and also lowered operating costs.

Possibly in line for calipers and rotors pending more info. See PM I sent, or your other FS thread. Thanks.

Hi all - I really appreciate all the interest and the sales. I need to take a couple weeks off though to focus on work and family. Will still respond to all questions and orders through today (16th) and re-open on March 4th.

Thank you,
Chris

A bump for those who have a front kit but still replace their rear pads a few times a season. These bigger calipers, 2-piece rotors, and thicker pads massively improve wear rate and pedal consistency. IMO one of the most under-rated upgrades on the C5.
