Stock 1989 Z51 is 17X9.5 all four corners with 56mm offset. I purchased two sets (8 wheels) off a 1999 C5 with wagon wheels which the rears are 18X9.5 61mm offset on Craigslist.
I will be running 4 rear C5 wagon wheels with RE-71Rs.
I purchased 4 5mm hub centric spacers on Amazon.
The 4 C5 front 17X8.5 56mm offset will be winter storage wheels for flat spotting.
This setup is completely legal for B street. I don't even need the spacers as there is an allowance of up to +/- 7mm.

Nice. Goodluck with it. I cant wait for my RE71s to get in. Im 2 events in and im on 6 year old General Gmaxs. Here is a video from today in the rain haha (low turnout so we had a short course)
