A repaving or a resurfacing?
Knowing what they spend at the track I would only expect a resurfacing.
...although the senior Huth passed away last year so maybe the kids are willing to pay for a proper repaving.

Safety Car
It would be nice if they would make proper paved runoff areas for turn 9 and got rid of the berm at turn 3 while they are at it. That would greatly increase the safety of the track.
