Default Cool-shirt battery to 12V adapter?

I've had no luck finding this myself but thought someone here might know. I currently have one of the battery powered cool-shirt systems. The pump has a male connector that plugs in to the battery. Does anyone know of a plug I can get that will accept that male connector on one end and plug in to the cigarette lighter on the other end? I want the option to use the 12V if need be.

They do sell a 12V adapter but it appears to have the same male plug on it as what comes out of the pump. Surely someone makes an adapter that works but I don't know who.

The wire coming out of the pump has a connector on it that looks like the non-cig lighter end of this.

The battery pack has a hole in it for the plug to go in to.

Like this? I have these and common for audio.

Jack

Adapter

Cable

Will need to cut off the end and add your lighter plug ... be careful of polarity.

Also, is the pump 12v or less? Battery pack may be 8V or less

Thanks, I'll give that adapter a try with the 12v plug.
