Miami 500 Sum Nov 27, Homestead Speedway
Come watch the biggest sports car race of the year in South FL.
Gonna be a great show. Ill be battling a Ligier DPi, Lambo Huracan GT3 and more.

What a weekend
Sat 30 min heat race I was up against Pro Driver Guy Cosmo in a Ligier LMP2 w Nissan V8 and a feisty Radical + 40 other cars.
Track goes Green and I pull ahead but Cosmo passes me in the infield & so does the Radical.
I stay within attack distance.
We get a yellow after 15 min and I close right up on 1&2 & blow past them on front straight when it goes Green. They chase me till 3 laps before end & they both pass me in infield.
I was so pisssed about the Radical passing me so I blew him away next straight.
Cosmo & I are diving hard next 2 laps, trading places constantly.
Last lap he's ahead in infield. We pull out of turn 6 together and we drag race down back straight. We're even at beginning of banking and I motor around him in the banking for the win.
After that Cosmo asked Eric if it was me in the car which Eric confirmed.
I did my fastest lap ever down to 1:17:5
Eric said it's the best race he ever saw me in

Sunday the Miami 500 was not so fun.
Turns out Ginetta factory team brought there new G57 race car w 2 Pro drivers.
A wealthy Egyptian bought 10 LMP cars to rent out and at least 2 of those had 2 Pro drivers each.
My mission was to go out first 2 hours and not be lapped by Pros. Then my coach IMSA Champ Eric Curran would do the last 2 hours and go in for the kill.
After 1 hour the track was like ice w all the corners very slick.
I nearly accomplished my mission, only 1 car was able to lap me.
eric took over & drove as fast as he could on the slick track.
In the end the factory Ginetta was just too fast for my old 2009 DP. Eric said he was in 6th flat out in banking & couldn't close on the Ginetta.
We ended up in 4th but they had to bring a factory team w Pro drivers to beat us.
The 3 top teams all had Pro drivers so I dont feel so bad since I was # 1 team w an amateur driver.
