Transmission brace

Is the aFe POWER 450-401011-N aFe Control PFADT Series Transmission Mount any good for track days for a C5 or is it just for drag racing ?

Good question.

I'm running stock HP in my LS6 right now, but I'm looking to cam it and make something like 500BHP. Wondering if I need a tranny mount and/or one of those transaxle braces.

This is the brace in question. I know it's great for drag racing . Not sure what it will do for handling on a road course .
