Default C7Carbon C5 Race Edition Spoiler

Does anyone have experience with this spoiler in an autocross or track day application. I just want confirmation this part was designed to hold up to triple digit speeds. I really like the design.

I believe you drill through the bumper and it mounts up near the tail light frame.

Looks like you have the smaller version of the model i posted. They make two different sizes. Also looks like you put a lip on top of the spoiler as well?

What front spoiler are you running?

That is how mine mounts and has held up fine, so far.

i have the taller race version with an added wicker bill. The front is a custom Ecklers lower spoiler bonded and molded to the OE bumper.

I just ordered one of these a few weeks ago, they are quoted at 6 weeks. I was thinking about an extension (wicker bill or sorts) to maximize USCA rules. Maybe also have a second quick change one for SCCA autocross that is much taller. How did you attach your extension?

It's great that it "holds up", but has there been any kind of official testing on the actual downforce it provides? These cars already get light at the front in stock form at 130+, wouldn't this take even more weight off the front tires at speed? Curious how functional it is and if you really should compliment it with a front splitter.

A link to the product also helps, fellas. They also make a fiberglass version for nearly half the price.

half the price but it only comes primed. So spending the money to get it painted and you are back up to the cost of the CF unit
