Default Best new harness available today and window net, too

It is time for me to replace the harnesses I have been racing with the last few years. I have been using Schroth's Enduro harness and I'm happy with it. It is easy to adjust. It is comfortable. It seems to have held up well, too. It still feels and looks brand new despite hours and hours of use. They are expensive at $579.

I am not sure if other new cool belts with new technology and features have been developed.

What other belts do you recommend and why? Have you used them?

My window net needs replacing as well. Not as critical, but I thought I would throw that in. I have always used the traditional ribbon style nets. I have always like the look of the fine mesh nets, but I have never used one before.

THANKS!

I love my TeamTech RamPac. Built in padding and sternum H-strap. Custom colors if you want, smaller company with great customer service, Made in USA. After my previous one expired, they re-webbed it and reused the hardware for a reasonable price.

I don't think you can do much better than the Schroth Enduro Harness. Just make sure it's properly installed.

Also pay attention to your seat. If your seat collapses your belts are useless.

I'm on my second set of Schroth and can't think of anything bad to say. Quick twist release always works flawlessly (and yeah....I've used it for more than just exit drills).

I drove with a TeamTech pre-HANS and it was a good comfortable belt. That is a good idea worthy of consideration. Thanks, I forgot about them.

I am on my second set of Schroth Profi-II-6s, which are basically your Enduro belts without the large zip adjuster. I have sat in a lot of cars and a lot of belts over the past six or seven years and I just simply like my Profi's over all of them.

As for window nets, I am on my second Simpson net (ribbon). It isn't anything special, but I went back with it because it was easier than redesigning the catch points and rods.
