Default 1966 Red Coupe FRESH from a body-off restoration



1966 Corvette For Sale Stock #1109 Code correct Rally Red exterior, code correct Black vinyl interior. Numbers matching 300hp 327ci engine, 4 speed manual transmission. Features include air conditioning, power steering, power antenna, side exhaust, teakwood steering wheel, AM/FM radio, knockoff style wheels. Originally assembled on December 14, 1965, this gorgeous 1966 Corvette Coupe is FRESH from a body-off restoration, and has some very nice features as well. This car's paint looks to be very recent, and is in very good to excellent condition with a deep shine. Chrome bumpers appear to be newer for the most part, and are in very good condition overall. Weatherstripping appears to be new, and is in very good to excellent condition. Taillights look to be recent, and are in very good condition with no cracks. This 1966 Corvette wears a set of recent looking knockoff style wheels, which are in very good condition, with very good condition spinners. Tires are Firestone Supreme SI redline radials, looking to be nearly new with an average of 11/32nds tread depth remaining. The interior of this 1966 Corvette shows recent seat covers in very good to excellent condition, and recent door panels in very good condition. This car features a teakwood steering wheel, which is in very good condition. GM seatbelts are in place, and are in good to very good condition. Dash pads are in very good condition with no cracks. Center console is in very good condition with no dings or excessive paint wear. Gauges are in good to very good condition with minor fading and good to very good condition lenses. Correct appearing AM/FM radio is in place, and the correct loop style carpet appears to be somewhat recent and in good to very good condition with no obvious wear. The numbers matching engine in this 1966 Corvette shows original casting date October 6, 1965, and final assembly date October 23, 1965. A Vintage Air a/c system has been added to this car, and blows nice and cold. Correct intake and exhaust manifolds are in place, and a set of 350hp style valve covers have been added as well, in addition to a newer Holley carburetor. Frame is rust-free, solid, and nicely detailed. This car has been fully serviced, and all instrument gauges, lights, turn signals, brakes, engine, transmission and rear-end are all in good operating condition.
