The number of cars left has to slimming down and to build one from the ground up is not cheap. Also if I can not sell it I will keep it there are alot of people wishing they had one sitting in the garage.

I understand what your saying. Different times, different money. As they say, there's an *** for every seat, I found mine and you need to find yours. Maybe the best thing to do is list the car on fleabay and see what the public thinks it's worth. You may find that lucky someone you needs your car, at your price, you never know. I think your car is very nice indeed, you just need to find that one buyer, sometimes that's the hard part. Sorry if you are offended by my comments as that was not my intent. GLWS!!!

I was not offended I was just trying to make a point. I have been following 63 coupes for years now and yes the prices seem way high right now for how long who knows. I did list it on ebay it did 87k which is still not too far off from my price. also depending on payment I can bend some.

Guys, if you have had posts in this thread removed or you have received a Warning, please familiarize yourself with the Forum rules on Interference in Sales Thread.

If you have a legitimate question on a member's car you are considering buying, ask it. But criticisms of price, quality etc will be removed. If you need to discuss these things of have a concern , send the seller a PM, or move on to something you do like. These are the Cars For Sales Classifieds, not a discussion area.

Forum Guideline:

8. Interference in a For Sale thread

If you don’t like the price or item being offered in a for-sale thread, take it to e-mail or PMs. Better still, just move on to a thread that is offering something you like the price on.

If you post a criticism of the price or the quality of the item being offered, you will be in violation of Forum rules and subject to sanctions.

If your contribution to a for sale thread does not advance the sale, you are in the way.

Beautiful car but I am just not in that league. For someone who wants turn key this is the ticket. My only comment, and its not negative, I could never drive a car in this condition. It belongs in a temperature controlled atmosphere with lights and a turntable. My two will stay in " parts chaser " condition where can leave them in a parking lot and not be concerned with door dings.
Good luck passing on a classic gem.

Thanks for the kind words. I know what you are talking about but I am a driver so I enjoy driving it . I do not put on too much mileage because when I get back home I am under it cleaning it again. It is a great hobby and I have been doing it for years. Also the weather needs to be perfect or it is not coming out. thanks again

A very nice 63 and the longer I live, the better C2s look in my opinion. I have a restored 67 small block coupe purchased a few years ago with money previously invested in stocks and bonds. I truly enjoy owning this car which I could never have purchased new in that I was in high school back in '67. I agree with your inference that the vehicle's value is heading nowhere but upward overall and having a quality C2 fully insured and "sitting in the garage" shouldn't cause any such owner to lose sleep at night. I wish you well with your effort to sell! Whoever purchases will do well buying an honestly represented vehicle with the power of ongoing appreciation along for the ride.
