Default WTB 65-67 roadster

Looking to buy 65-67 Roadster that matches the trim tag prefer a 350 horse but cosmetics the most important thing. Would probably rule out green and white cars. looking for a really nice driver Been out of the game for quite a while appreciate all help and suggestions. Great forum, unbelievable knowledge on here! Thanks for adding me. 55k budget.

A good friend has a 1966 Convertible 327/300
Blue/wht top/ blue leather
4 spd, 3.36 posi, PS
added side exhaust and repro knock off wheels
great body,soft top only
Asking 59K, negotiable

What is your bottom line. If it is within his range I will put you guys in touch. He is a very honest and reasonable guy.
According to Hagerty Price guide that Price is less than a
#2 66 300hp convertible.

66 Red/Red b/b convertible
4spd
running driving car
born with 427/390
now 1970 402
big block hood, 80psi oil, both sway bars, big short shaft hardware
b/b radiator and shroud, hood prop rod on drivers side
clean birdcage and frame.
could be a very nice car with mostly elbow grease
$40k
