CONDITION ESTIMATE: Hagerty Number 2
327 ci 1966 Non-Original Motor (NOM)
375 hp 1964 (Late) FUEL INJECTION UNIT
1964 TRANSISTOR IGNITION
T-10 CLOSE RATIO FOUR-SPEED TRANSMISSION
Early Build—Last Week of September 1962 VIN…0645, Body # 263
Heater, Wonderbar (AM) Radio, Tinted Glass, Seat Belts
RECENT WORK:
1. 2002: New clutch, drive-line rebuilt w/new U-joints and spun balanced and transmission rebuilt.
2. 2010: Rebuilt front suspension including brakes and new shocks.
3. 2011: Professionally rebuilt TI AMP and installed new TI wire harness.
4. 2011: Removed anti-siphon valve, replaced w/solenoid to prevent static lock, with a hidden kill switch to shutoff gas to engine.
5. 2011: Rebuilt steering column.
6. 2012: Rebuilt the rear suspension including professionally rebuilt trailing arms, rebuilt brakes, new shocks and new U-joints on half shafts.
7. 2013: Replaced taillight assemblies with NOS set.
8. New tires, November 2015.

SPARE PARTS:
1. Show quality frosted hubcaps.
2. NOS dash harness.
3. AM/FM radio, spare.
4. Virtually all replaced used parts.
WORK YET TO BE COMPLETED:
INTERIOR:
1. Main and trip odometer not functioning, speedometer works. I’ve priced having the entire gauge unit rebuilt/refurbished. The cost estimate is $350 to $400. I had an estimate of $150 to repair the speedometer several years ago.
2. Install E-brake ratchet (have part), E-brake works. Also, an e-brake warning switch needs to be purchased and install. $75 to $100.
3. Remove 80 pound oil gauge. Purchase and install 60 pound oil gauge.
4. Horn is intermittent since steering column rebuild
5. Radio, install new speaker. Have correct speaker.
6. Locate intermittent electrical draw on battery.
7. Buy and replace shift ****
EXTERIOR:
1. Repair 1.5 inch tear in fiber glass in the antenna area. This should be done when the car is painted.
2. Install a new exhaust system when the engine is rebuilt or replaced.

I’ve looked into what and how I might make this car a matching number car. If successful, the car would be worth significantly more.
1. BLOCK: Rebuildable late Aug 1962 ...870 bare block.
2. HEADS: Second week of September 1962 ..461 bare heads.
3. New replacement finned Harmonic Balancer (not dated).
4. PULLEYS: Two (2) correct deep grove pulleys.
5. Two (2) Crankshafts from 1963 300 hp Chevy engines.
6. Six (6) quart pan.
7. Left FI exhaust manifold….942.
8. 097 Cam, New replacement w/new lifters
9. Timing chain cover, for 8” balancer.
10. Correct oil filler tube and dipstick.
