Looks like a really nice car for the price. Anyone who wants to get into a C2 should take a look a this car.

Please explain the trim tag. It looks weird, especially the paint color code.

From what I have found WA3071 is a 1963 GM color code for Palomar Red. I'm assuming it would have been a special order color.

I looked it up and saw that color too but have never seen a trim tag that looks like that.
Maybe someone else can chime in...
