These are all the ads for 63-67 locally. I didnt put a cap on the price so you could decide for yourself or talk the owner down

Thanks guys for your efforts.... Still no car, but looking. I only get reply's on maybe 2/3 of the listings I write to... maybe the cars are long gone by the time I get there....
So, Spring is definitely in the air, and the Car shows/events are starting back up again. If you hear of anything in your local club, neighborhood, Fraternal Order of anyone selling a car, please let me know.
I am trying to keep an open mind... and folks are telling me I won't find anything for $50.... but hope springs eternal.
My heart is really with the 65s-67s.. and I still have a few odds and ends parts and ALL the books and AIMS...though I am TRYING to keep an open mind.
Thanks for the help guys... I really appreciate it!

This is an interesting car....claims original paint, top, and one owner from new. The interior door panels may be original too.... Doesn't mention if the engine is original, but it looks like a rather untouched car.

I can inspect it for you if you want, it's 15 minutes from home.

So, not to be antagonistic, but, do you have sellers remorse, second thoughts on selling yours? Or is the thrill of the hunt still exciting?
Thanks
Thanks
I had the car, and as I have said in another thread... I took it as far as I could go. I cleaned up the engine bay, rebuilt or restored everything inside, replaced wire harness, seats... and got down to the Paint and Chrome... and I didn't have the money to take it over the top.
About that that time, somebody was looking for the exact car I had... so it just kind of worked out.
Honestly, I kind of like the hunt... I just have had a few dead ends... and with spring coming, I am getting anxious to get a car for the summer.
The guy who bought my car has it completely apart and is having everything done professionally... So, it went to a good place... no regrets.

How about a 67 air coupe with factory side exhaust and bolt-ons?

Hey Guys!
I am back in the hunt.... older and wiser I hope... trying to keep an open mind about cars and really just want to get the best one for the money.. $50ish is my max.
Things I like
Laguna Blue
67s
Yellow
White/Red
Stock Appearance
Things I'd rather avoid
Any frame/Birdcage issues
Repro Vin Tags & Trim Tags (already have been saved by a savvy inspector... thanks Pancho!)
Body Color that doesn't match the trim tag code.
Bubba style Repairs especially to the glass
Black interiors... though its not a deal killer depending on body color
I've been around here long enough to know that a few of you have been contemplating moving on from your car for various reasons...
If you have "been thinking about selling", please let me know as if I am only chasing Craigslist Ads, I'll end up a day late and a dollar short most of the time.
PM or E-mail, let me know what you know!

Thanks for keeping a look out for me... That blue coupe is nice... just a bit out of reach at $75K.
I am getting a little discouraged as spring is upon us and summer is right around the corner. I was hoping that I could get in touch with a member here that had decided to sell their car ( or one of em), but that usually happens at the end of summer/fall/winter.
Its a waiting game for sure.

No problem, I don't mind and don't take it the wrong way.
