WTB 63 coupe project car
Hi folks,
I am looking for a 63 project car, as original and as complete as possible, preferably without bird cage heavy corrosion.
I want to perform a complete restoration not to get a show car but an excellent driver. My budget is around 50 k$.
Thanks,
Claude

But too little information on the ad and no time to go and inspect it...

Hadnt started in 25 years? Still, pretty complete car for the money. Not sure how much cheaper SWC projects come that arent a wreck.

Hmmm....that's prob not an awful deal if you could get the price down...I see doors, hoods, original pieces in the other photos. Looks like you need a hood surround and front quarters on the best car and you're in business....sell the other stuff to finance the project.

You may be true Frankie, this needs to be further evaluated with additional pics and numbers data. On my side I am actually organising an inspection of a SWC near Chicago. I made a deal with the owner and looking forward to see the result of the inspection. If it turns out bad, I will reconsider this ad if it is still online and if I find some room to store all that stuff. In addition and as you said, the price needs to be drastically reduced...
