Surprising to me that this car has not sold yet. Looks like a very nice 67 L79 in a great color combination and priced to sell. The market is strange. Whenever I'm selling something I end up giving it away. When I'm buying, it's overpriced.
Good luck with your sale. Very nice car

Wow.
I was sure I'd get to the end of this thread, which I had not seen until today, and find that this car had been sold to somebody that got a great deal on a great car.
Someday I'll go back to C2. It won't be today, but if it was, this would be the car I'd buy.

Matt, you might want to consider using eBay.
The '67 referenced on another thread here is a less desirable (to me) white/black 327/350 that ends in 3 days. Bidding is already at 57,600. The bidder that doesn't get it might be interested in your car.
Of course, I'd prefer that your car not sell so that I might buy it whenever I'm ready...

Others have suggested eBay to me and I may end up going that route. I've bought for years on eBay but have never sold anything on eBay. Was hoping to sell to a Forum member only because dealing with Craigslist folks can be a challenge, and it is on the Denver Craigslist. Lots of dreamers and dealers have made crazy offers, even though my ad clearly states the price is firm.

I have no dog in this hunt, but this car is far too beautiful not to have sold already.

I'm absolutely firm on the price and believe it's fair. I will keep it until it sells for the asking price - probably in the Spring. It is sitting up on the lift (with snow blowers stored below for easy access) with a cover on and a battery tender for the Winter (unless someone comes to buy).
Regards,
Matt

Matt, I too am somewhat amazed that it hasn't sold. Hopefully someone will put it under 'their' tree for Christmas !

Thanks for the bump!
The parking brake works as good as most of these C2's do, which is ok. However the driveway is steeper than it looks in the picture (have torn a meniscus and a rotator cuff falling while shoveling snow in the winter to prove it). So it's just a precaution to make sure the car doesn't end up in my neighbor's living room .
Cheap peace of mind and habit

The parking brake explanation is true.
I'm the original owner of 1967 Corvette BB VIN 194677S100560.
Parking brake wasn't the best on 1965 to 1967 Corvette's

Hi Paul - As I read through my thread here, your sentiment about buying and selling really is striking a chord. Been there and done that! I've had this car for sale for 3 1/2 months now with over 13k forum views. I've done nationwide searches on Craigslist, eBay, and this For Sale forum and have not seen a '67, numbers matching or NOM, that appears to be nicer for the money I'm asking. Other years maybe, but not a '67. I could sell it quickly for less, but I just know if I was buying one I would have to pay much more for one as nice.
