Don Baker did my Fuel Injection distributor for my 63 and it was perfect. Plus, Don is honest and a very nice person. He is highly recommended by John DeGregory who is one of the best Fuel Injection restorers. For the life of me I cannot find Don's telephone number but please call John DeGregory at 724-832-3786 and he will give you Don's phone number.

Don did my FI Distributor also. Gives you a build sheet along with it after setup. Does both cosmetics and mechanical.

You can reach Don at 815-498-9522. If you want a good performance/mechanical rebuild and not concerned about cosmetics, drop Lars an email.

I recently had my distributor blueprinted to my engines spec . The name that was recommended to me was Bill Clupper. He is a past NCRS president and is a very knowlegdable Corvette hobbyist. He has a Sun Distributor machine and he set the ignition map to original specs, set the drive gear endplay to to .007 inches, and checked that all shaft bushings were within spec. He also provided a spec card of the ignition map. Cost was $70 which included parts. I am very pleased and would highly recommed Bill.

Default Distributor Rebuild

There's no question that Don Baker is one of, if not the best when it comes to FUEL INJECTION distributors, but I don't THINK he fools around much with the carb models. For the carb models I heartily recommend Lars who just happens to be a member of this forum. His workmanship, fair prices, & quick turn around are hard to beat.

Yes - CC and Paragon do the riveted-on oval Delco tags for carbed C1's, and Paragon, CC, and LICS do the aluminum band tags for carbed C2's. Not sure about the plates on F.I. distributors.
