Is This a Possible Insurance Claim
At some point last summer my fender was cracked. I really did not notice as the crack was on the inside of the RF fender. Over the course of the summer the crack slowly migrated up through until I can now see a slight dip in the paint.
Question, Could this be considered an insurance claim?

I don't think so. It would be considered normal wear and tear. Now if you hit something or dropped something accidently on it, then yoiu might have a claim, but if it happened by itself and then spread - I'd say no

Sorry, No claim. It certainly isn't covered under comprehensive, which lists covered perils. And not under collision, no sudden and accidental. Anyway a competent adjustor or body man could tell if it is a stress crack. Schucks

However, other than that one day, I cannot figure when the fender could have been cracked. The fender cracked from the inside.
I have NO chance of getting them to pay.

More on the Insurance issue.
Most groups that put on a car show are required to obtain a type of Insurance just for accidents than can and do happen. I would also make contact with those that sponsored the show or the Property owners.
