3782870 suffix ff ??
I am working with a forum member on a possible engine purchase. We have not been able to determine what the suffix means. Can any one help me ID this engines original configuration. I have been to mortec and nastyz28 but could not find this combo. Thx, Lee

I looked thru all my old Chev parts books. The closet thing for an 870 block is a 1965 Chevelle. They were stamped EE or EF. I agree with the previous post maybe it was a light stamp. The K4 date falls in line with this.
