Muncie 4 speed weight?
Anyone know how much a stock Muncie M21 weighs?

I just sold and shipped one. According to my bathroom scale, it was 75 pounds.

I think you got the weight right. I did notice that mine was much heavier now than than the last time I pulled it 25 years ago.

ken. price out fedex ground and ups ground. pack it well-in a box in another box-don't give them a chance to drop it and break it.

I used FedEx for the shipping, CA to PA. They priced out cheaper than UPS. I'd replaced the Muncie with a Tremec, had that box to work with for packing the Muncie for shipment.

Check with DHL for shipping. I've found them to be much cheaper than anyone else.

Most of us owner suffer the same problem, we get heavier as time goes by!
