'61 Build date And Engine

I have a '61 with a 519 block and a date code of B21. The vin is 107314. Does the engine correspond with the build date? Thanks

Your cars DOB is on or about 4/14/61. The block was cast
2/2/61. The date falls within the 6 month window that the NCRS allows.
